Refund policy
Order cancellations
You may cancel any order, including orders containing FINAL SALE or preorder items, within 15 minutes of placing it. To cancel, email us at tcgstyle0@gmail.com with your order number within 15 minutes of your order confirmation; the time your email is received is used to determine eligibility. Cancelled orders are refunded in full, including shipping, to your original payment method. After 15 minutes, orders cannot be cancelled and are subject to the return terms below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, except for FINAL SALE and preorder items (see below). To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, and it must be sent back to us within 1 week of being delivered.
To start a return, email us at tcgstyle0@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
FINAL SALE items
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or refunded. FINAL SALE items include, but are not limited to, any trading cards and any products containing trading cards.
Preorders
There are no refunds or returns on preorder products. Preorder items are ordered from our suppliers as orders are placed through our website.
Shipping costs
We do not refund any shipping costs once an item has shipped, including shipping costs paid by us. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return back to us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at tcgstyle0@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
